What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, and when interacting with us via Formilla Live Chat and Formilla Edge product functionality. When registering on our site, we may collect your name, e-mail address, website URL, IP address, and information about the device you're using to connect to our website. You may, however, browse our web site without providing this information.
We collect customer information on behalf of you to deliver the product or service you subscribe to use. For example, when a customer visits your website, Formilla detects the IP address of the customer, their geo-location (based on IP address look-up), and what device they’re using when accessing your website. By default, Formilla only stores this information in your Formilla account when a customer initiates a chat conversation, submits an offline email when you’re unavailable to chat, or submits their email address using the Formilla Edge product. In the event your customer submits an offline email form, their email address is retained as well.
What do we use your information for?
Formilla does not use any data collected on behalf of you for any purpose, except for the sole purpose of providing the service you have registered to use with our platform.

How do we protect your information?
Access to your Formilla account is protected using a login email and password. Passwords are stored securely in the Formilla database with one-way hash (not readable) and never logged in any way.
When accessing your Formilla account, your credentials are transmitted securely using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL, HTTPS) with 2048-bit encryption.
Formilla regularly installs software and security patches to production environments at least on a monthly basis, or as otherwise recommended by our technology and software vendors.
User access logs are maintained including user login, date and time, and source IP address. Logs are stored for a rolling period of up to 30 days, and deleted thereafter.
Formilla physically hosts its infrastructure with Liquid Web Inc. datacenters. Liquid Web
datacenters are securely manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Physical access to datacenters is controlled with keycard access and monitored with security cameras inside and outside.
Formilla does not access customer data unless as necessary to provide customer support or administration. Access to data is on a “need to know” basis, as only authorized customer support or server administration personnel are granted access.
Do we use browser cookies?

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Your customer data may be transferred, used, or processed by our trusted sub-processors, and when using any applicable 3rd party app integrations (e.g. Zapier, Infusionsoft, etc.) with your Formilla account.
